Hello from Western Colorado

Hello all.
My names Darby, I live just south of Grand Junction Colorado. Always have been a grill man but started smoking on a Green Egg about 4 years ago. It's a good little unit but thats all it is, a little unit. I wouldn't quit using it as it has it's place but I've been wanting a larger smoker for some time now. I've done lots of reading in the last week or so and the knowledge I have gained from that will prove handy when I start my build this next week. Thanks in advance!

I used to live in Montrose years ago and had friends that lived in Clifton!!!
