Hello everyone been lurking around this forum for a little while now and figured it was time to join.
I just started my first fridge to smoker conversion and thought I could figure it out on my own but im learning there is a lot to consider with this and I could really use the help of some of you experts!
I'll say thanks in advance and apologize for any stupid questions I might ask in the future lol

Hi John!
Welcome to
small-logo.png

So, what part of Wa are you in?
We have a Daughter and SIL in Port Orchard, and their 5 kids around them.

The only stupid question is the one not asked. ;)

I still think my refer smoker was the best. Old porcelain steel. Just sat a small hotplate in the bottom with a can of wood chips on it. Drilled a vent in the side near the top. Used the wire rack shelves as my meat support.

Welcome to the forums John, glad to have ya join up.

Chris
