Hello there, Scooter checking in from Va. Beach. I've been charcoal grilling for years (no gas grill here) and had an old electric smoker years ago. After a few smokes on my Char-Grill smoker I knew it was time to learn some more, hence, how I found this kick butt forum.
Neverless, I got a EBC for Father's day and the 'smoker bug' is back. I've been browsing this forum for a few weeks and learned so much.
Mods are in works and for now some pics of the current set up and newbie mistakes with a pork loin. I've gotten great ribs with indirect heat method off the Char-Grill. It's next on the mod list.
