Hello to all! I have been smoking meat for about 10 yrs. I have an upright gas smoker and a Brinkman Bullet smoker. I work with a guy that's with KCBS and does very well. Hanging out with him has got me wanting to raise my level. I have mastered my gas skills but I need to learn to cook on a stick cooker. I have my eyes on the Lang 48" reverse flow. Hopefully Santa will be good to me this year and make it a reality! We have a KCBS cook in Laurens every year called "Squealing on the Square". Hopefully I can participate. I don't have to be the best in the world, Just the best in Laurens!!!
