Hello From Troy AL

I have been lurking for about a week and have learned a lot. I am 60yrs
old decided to take up smoking as a hobby and bought an ECB Gourmet charcoal smoker. I am doing some mods to it now ( top vent and new
thermometer) I will cure it tomorrow and probably smoke a Boston But
Monday. I will let you know how it turns out
