Hello from TN

I am from Tn.
I am a Machinist by trade.
I was firing up my Modified Oklahoma Joe
to cook some ribs and have a few things I googled about Smok'in.
Found this site so decided I would join.
I welded a box between the fire box and have 3 pipes
that are 2" dia. that I mill a slot in the bottom of them.
This helps with my temp. control.

Wow Thanks for the great Welcome.
There was a Rain storm that Drove thru
While I was Smokin these ribs.
I got these in the Oven now.
I will get pics soon .
