Yo!!

I've been grilling for years so am experienced in the basics of grills, but have been introduced to the world of smoke due to a gift of a 22.5" WSM!!  I made a few mistakes and couldn't get my briskets to turn out good until I came across SMF and Smoking-Meat.com, so here I am.

Now I have browsed the forums, I have gotten the confidence to start trying other stuff like turkeys etc and can't wait to get stuck in to smoking anything and everything.  I'll give anything a go!!

BTW - you may need to translate some of my posts; I'm from the UK and we don't talk normally like you Americans!!  Especially when it comes to meat - you can't even BUY something as basic as London Broil over here and don't get me started on the price of a good T-bone...
