Hello from the UK

Hi all i'm Pete from the south coast of the UK. I'm very new to the world of smoking and have recently decided to take it up as a hobby. My dad has been cold smoking his own salmon for years so am looking to continue on his tradition as well as learning how to smoke other new foods. Especially interested in hot smoking techniques, would like to creat my own pulled pork as its not really available in the uk yet.
