Ive been lurking for awhile. Just threw together my first modified ECB with a smokey joy as the charcoal pan. Prior to this I had only smoked on a larger level with a southern pride, and homemade smokers made out of reused 500 and 1000 gallon Propane tanks (I didnt build them).
