Hello From STL!

Hello Guys,

My name is Derek,  I live in St. Louis.  Just me, the wife, and 2 dogs.  I’ve been grillin for years, picked up smoking a couple of months ago.  I figured if you love something so much, why not prolong the process?  Smokin affords me the opportunity to do multiple things I love at once.   Relax outside, watch sports, hang with the wife, and eat.  Just finished school, so have time for  a new hobby.  I’m a bit obsessive when it comes to my interest, so came here to learn from the guys that have been doing this a while. 

I have a 18.5” Weber Smokey Mountain. Very easy to use, so I have no excuses!
