Am fortunate that we can use our smokers here year-round. Recently upgraded from a bullet smoker (unfortunately not a WSM - if it was maybe I wouldn't have changed!) to a manado. Still learning, seems every cook is just a little bit different. Looking forward to tips and learning on this forum!
