Wow, what a great site.  Glad to be a member.  You guys really know your stuff.  I hope to learn a lot.  I have a 30" Masterbuilt gas Smoker I bought about a year ago and have used it for ribs, pulled pork, ham and turkey, but I know that it could have been better with some of the tips you all have posted.  I've got pork loins in brine and will be smoking them on Christmas Eve.  Thanks,
