Hey all... Just wanted to say hello from the sunshine state. New to BBQ, but a long time griller. So far, I've made some butts and ribs and still learning my equipment. I'm using a Weber One Touch Gold with a Smokenator. I have added a port for my ThermoWorks temperature meter probe wires - learned how to do that, here.
