Hello All!  My name is Brian friends call me Flip from SE Connecticut, originally from Chicago Burbs.  I have the Master Forge two door propane smoker and the cheapo Brinkman,  looking to get a WSM soon.  Mostly smoke ribs, chickens, and butts, but also I'm an avid home sausage maker.  Look forward to learning from everyone here
