Hello from Port Angeles, Washington!!!!!

  1. I just, and I mean JUST, found this place two days ago and I am very happy to be here!!! I love meat. Smoked meat. Cured meat. Raw meat. Fried meat. Live meat. Dead meat. I just don't care. But I have found that I really LOVE Smoked meat!!!!!

    Before you fall n love with me, I must tell you that I also love propane heat. I am NOT one of those purists that insist on Buffalo chips, er, briquettes, to achieve the desired temps. I don't like the taste of lighter fluid, and my meats seem to turn our just fine....

    So, Cheers to all of you that have been doing this for far longer than I have and I am willing to learn from you, if you are willing to accept my limitations!!!!

    Happy to be in the company of so many meat lovers and many happy BBQ's to you!!!!
