Let's see...

I've been cooking my whole life with 5 years in professional kitchens. I love learning new methods of cooking and trying them out for my friends and family.

I'm also a skilled fabricator, and once I have a house and garage again plan on building my own outdoor kitchen with grill, smoker, and  Wok burner/ Big Boiler burner/ Griddle

I guess I'm as partial to the designing and building of equipment as I am actually cooking!

I've been lurking for only a short while but I'm already bookmarking ideas and recipes to try
