Just getting back into charcoal meat smoking and grilling. I use to do a lot of smoking with
an offset smoker I build myself about 15 years ago when I was living in the woods of northern Ontario but sadly had to relocate to the Toronto area and this year I finely got tired of trying to find good BBQ or smoked meats in restaurants. So a few weeks ago I bought a Broil King KEG 5000 I am so happy and impressed with the KEG so far I have made some of the best hamburgers I've eaten in along time also made some great "T" bones and today we smoked some meat loaf that turned out totally amazing
