My arsenal includes a PitBoss Sportsman, a PitBoss Pro Series 1150, a Gateway drum smoker, and I just picked up an OKJ Highland. Gonna start getting into the OKJ more so I can give the others a rest. I’ve read about lots of mods for the OKJ, so I will try to add them as I go along. But just firing it up this past weekend and getting used to it.

I’ve only done a couple of Briskets on the PitBoss, so I will be inquiring about methods/times etc for the OKJ.
