Hello everybody! I'm new to the forum and I'm excited to finally join SMF! I live just outside of New Orleans and I've been smoking meats for about 4-5 years now. I've had some Masterbuilt electric smokers in the past and finally graduated and got me a Yoder YS640! So far so good.... Im loving this rig! Looking to continue smoking bada$$ meats every weekend, gathering valuable info from this forum and hopefully take my skills to the next level and possibly cater events. Thanks and looking forward to trolling and posting on the forum!
