Hi I am new to the sight am glad i have found it. I have already learned many things from many of your posts. I have been smoking meats ie deer sausage ribs and pork shoulders for about a year now using a homemade smoker made from an old commercial fridge have recently purchased a masterbuilt electric smoker and have been impressed so far. I look forward to learning from all of the experienced individuals on this site. So long for now
