Hello fellow smoking enthusiasts,

My name is Luke from Minnesota. I found this site a while back and have enjoyed browsing it. I finally decided to sign up and share after a friend of mine did so. I'll track my smoke on Sunday of some csr's and see how they turn out. I use an electric cabinet-style smoker and have had some success since I started smoking this spring. I'd like to thank the seasoned vets on here for some recipes and ideas that I have used so far and look forward to sharing my own in the future. Pics and all that in following posts as I have been poor at documentation so far.
