Wanted to say hi from Missouri on this beautiful spring, snowy 38 degree day lol. I’m fairly new to smoking started out with a MES 30 which did great. I decided to go with a GMG Daniel Boone which I also enjoy and as of yesterday purchased a Kamado by vision (I know not as good as the egg or joe) but I was at sams club and there is it sat it was affordable and convenient. Anyway got the ceramic fired up as we speak gettin ready to try some spare ribs-fingers crossed. I find myself constantly on this site trying to learn from you seasoned grillers figures I may aswell join!! So here I am look forward to be a part of the group!
