Hi all. My name is Patrick. I’ve been smoking for about 10 years - first in a barrel grill and now with a SmokinTex 1400. I mostly make hot smoked salmon, ribs, chix thighs and cold smoked cheeses. I also like to mix smoked food into other recipes (like pimento cheese and salmon rillett). I’m hoping to broaden my horizons a bit and maybe share/pick up some more recipes. Cheers!
