I am fairly new to smoking. I have a Masterbuilt 40" smoker. I have smoked a few things from their site and all turned out good. I am quickly getting addicted to this. I am wanting to start with sausage, jerky, snack sticks and fish. Looking forward to trying recipes I find here.
