Hello everyone. My name is Jody and I live in North Louisiana. I currently have a Traeger pellet grill that I cook on, but I have always wanted a bigger cooker on a trailer. So recently i bought a 250 gallon propane tank and I am in the process of building a side fire box smoker mounted on a trailer. This has been an exciting project and one that would have been much harder and not nearly as successful without this website. I have gotten many ideas and tips on building a smoker and I can't wait until it's complete so I can start using some of the cooking tips on here.

No, I didn't post pics. I have been working on it for a couple of months and I didn't know how long it would take so I didn't. I plan on posting some of the completed smoker when I complete it.

I know what you mean. Mine will take years probably with the free time I get. I want mine to be a fixed patio reverse flow, like the base legs in concrete.
