Hello from KY

I've browsed this and a few other forums pretty heavily over the last month or so. Finally decided it was time to join. I'm in louisville, ky. Picked up my first smoker about a month ago, an older New Braunfels I purchased off Craigslist for $30! I've fixed the door leaks, relocated the thermometer, placed a cookie sheet between the box and chamber, and replaced the old wooden slats. Today is my first smoke day which is overall a success. Started off with chicken thighs, then a few blocks of tofu, now I have a 5# bone in shoulder going. Anyways, wanted to introduce myself.
