Hello from Knoxville, TN

Hello my name is Norm and i am brand new to the world of smoking. I have been eating BBQ for years but this is my first time at trying to make it. I am from a town just outside of Knoxville, TN called Lenoir City. Married and have a 1 year old daughter. Looking forward to  learning from the site!

When you wrote about a little town outside of Knoxville, I almost expected to read Maryville.

That's beautiful country. My dad was born over at Nantahala Twp in 1894.
