Hello, my name is Scott Osborne, that is where I get the handle "scozbo". I abide in Jacksonville, Florida, born and raised. Please don't hold it against me, lol. My brother and I cook at all of our family get togethers. I admit he is better. I am currently building a 250 gallon, reverse flow trailer smoker that WE will be cooking on. We have been attending some of the local cook-off's and I can't wait to get envolved. I love this site, the attitude of the members and all of the info!
