Greetings from Cedar Falls, Iowa!

I am 45 yrs old and have been cooking and baking for a long time, but a few years ago I was bitten by the smoking bug when I got a Bradley Smoker for a birthday gift.  I try to use the smoker 1-2x/month during the spring and summer, and cook mostly brisket and pork.  I just got a cold smoker attachment, and want to try some bacon, sausage and cheese, which is how I found this website.  Lots of great advise and recipes here - can't wait to try them!
