Greetings and Salutations fellow smokers,

Chud here, new to this forum and new to smoking.  I have for a smoker what I believe is referred to here as a "ECB" and as I JUST today figured out what the element is for I'd wager that ECB stands for Electric/Charcoal Brinkmann?  If not it's a bullet style Smoke N Grill which until today I thought was charcoal only.  It's great to be here, as I've read many fine threads all ready, and I look forward to learning from you all.   If any of you are local, around the Iowa City area, I'd love to come out drink a few beers and learn from ya.  Reading is never the same as hands on.

Go Hawks!! or Panthers!... maybe...maybe Go Iowa State, if they make it to a bowl game!
