Hello everyone. I am just starting in my smoking meats career. I'm learning a lot and look forward to this new adventure. I love to cook and I love BBQ so it was only natural to learn how to make my own. I am currently just using a Weber Kettle and getting pretty impressive results thanks to forums like this.

Welcome to the board from next door in Ohio! Yes the Webers can smoke well, so they make a good do-it-all smoker/grill. I'm running a 22 with the M date code on the top vent, meaning it's from 1990.

Welcome to the forums, most of my smaller quicker smokes on done on my Kettles.
