Hello from Indiana!

Hi everyone! I've been lurking around the forum for about a week now since I got my Brinkmann electric smoker from a co-worker.  I figured that since I'm getting ready to throw a pork shoulder on this weekend to break it in, I should create an account.  That way when I screw something up, I can jump on here and one of the experts can bail me out

.  That's how it works, right?  Anyway, I look forward to picking up some tips from the experts here and maybe eventually sharing some of my experience and successes!
