Hey everyone! I've lurked here for a decade... maybe more now that I'm thinking about it. You guys got me into smoking things and so I just want to say thank you! I'm currently using a Masterbuilt 800 for smoking/grilling and it does an amazing job when I don't have technical issues.

My next smoke is going to be a few garlic lemon stuffed trout!
