Hello all! Long time viewer now setting up my account as I just ordered my Yoder YS640 with an AMNPS tube and some apple pellets. I have used wet smokers in the past but look forward to my new pellet and getting away from propane. Look forward to meeting new folks and swapping good recipes and ideas.
