Hello from Grafton MA.

Hello everyone I am new to smoking food and just got a Brinkmann SnP for free and did some free mods to it also, so I am ready to start. I like Salmon the most since I grew up in the Seattle area and have been on the move for over 30 years and want to get back home now.

I live here in Grafton MA. just west of Boston MA. and work for Delta airlines as a mechanic.

Cant wait to start smoking.
