Hello from eastern NC

Found this forum and have gotten hooked. Got a Char-Griller for Father's day and already startred the mods found here. Smoked a butt and some country ribs this past weekend, didn't turn out too bad for a noob. I've been cooking whole hogs on a oil drum from a tobacco barn converted to a grill for years, but never tried a smoker. looks like it will be a breeze with all the good advice on this forum.
