Hello From Dayton, OH

Hi everybody.  My name is Tim and I want to introduce myself since I am new to the forum.  I've poked around here before and decided to sign up.  I consider myself a novice when it comes to smoking.  I have a Traeger smoker and a Weber grill.

I've found some good info on here.  I'm looking forward to learning from everyone else on the site and hope to contribute where I can.

Hey Tim.  Welcome aboard.  You have a great start to your cooker collection.  I am not familiar with the Traeger, but have cooked a very wide variety of things on my kettle.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding smoking inspiration here.
