Just recently found the forums and so far love it. I've been smoking meats infrequently for a few years in a verticle charcoal Brinkman smoker and decided to get a larger charcoal grill/smoker (Char-Griller) with a side firebox last year. I'm starting to try different meats, different wood, etc, and learning a lot. My family is wonderful, even smiling and taking seconds of some slightly funky tasting stuff! I thank all the members here who have offered up their recommendations and recipes for all of us noobs to learn from!
