Morning!
I am Bill and obviously I am new to the site. I have been researching smokers recently and I found this site. I have been looing at posts for days and I decieded I liked what I saw so I decided to join.
I have been using a 22" Weber for 13 years at my condo here in Connecticut. I gril and smoke on it, althought the later is tough seeing as it is Weber kettle gril. That being said, I have turned out some good Q on it. There is a part of me that wants to stay with what I have been doing becuase it comes out great, then there is the adventureous side that is looking forward to stepping up with the big boys.
We are buying a house, and thus a smoker. Haven't decided on which one, but after researching this site it looks like I will go with a RF. Thinking about the Lang 36, but we'll see.
I make all of my own rubs, marinades, sauces and injections.
Using that Weber I have put out ribs, brisket, chicken, and butt, but never all at once!
