Hey everyone, good to be part of the forum.  I have been on before as a guest, and am a member of the smoking-meat newsletter.  I have been smoking for about 10 years, since I left Texas and moved where I couldn't buy good barbeque anymore.  I look forward to sharing and learning more from everyone here.
