Hello to all the Smokers here at the Forums!

My name is Dave and I live in southwest Ohio. I've been smoking meat for a long time. I have been reading this forum for advise and inspiration for at least a year and figured it was time to join.

I currently use an old New Braunfels Hondo that is on it's last leg so I am in the process of searching for a new offset.

I'll share what I can and continue to take in all the great info you guys provide.

Thanks for having me,
Dave

Howdy Dave,There are a lot of offsets to choose from these days...Take your time until the NB Hondo cashes in its last smoking chip.

The NB Hondo already has a rust out that I patched with some scrap metal... I think it is time!

Wow!look nice. Never heard of them before but they sure look well constructed.
