Hey Everybody! I'm new to smoking so came here to learn and ask a bunch of questions. Don't have a smoker yet, waiting to get one or to build one. Good friend of mine has a nice one he built and does a lot of cooking on, so have been watching and learning from him but it never hurts to have more input. Looking forward to a lot of wonderfully tasty fun here!

Well I scored a Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5 inch on Craigslist yesterday in really good shape ( well seasoned) with the stainless steel door and fire box for $160. Wahoo!. Can't wait to get started.
