Hi All,

After sneaking around this site for awhile, I finally joined. I'am looking forward to learning a great deal from all of you. I have been smoking for about 2 years and enjoy doing chicken, ribs, homade sausages and snack sticks. My equipment includes a Masterbuilt 30 2 door propane smoker, AMNPS and AMNTS. I no longer use wood chips, thank to Todd's products. Pellets only.
