Hello all. Newbie here from central ks. I've had my Traeger Pro Series 34 for a week. Working on my first beef ribs right now. Any general tips and tricks are appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!  My tip would be to do some research, ask some questions, before putting meat in the smoker.  Hope them ribs come out great!
