Hello from Celina, TX

I've been using this site for a few months and am grateful for all the awesome information. My fiance got me a 30" MES a year ago (that's when I knew she was a keeper

)  and I've been smoking every chance I get. Recently been using my Weber Kettle and been getting great results. Looking to buy a big offset sometime this year and maybe try a small competition. Thanks again everybody for all the tips I've been able to find. I've got a lot to learn but thanks to this site I think I'm on the right track.
