I just discovered your Forum, just what I needed!

New smoking enthusiast here, had a Little Chief I used until it recently gave out on me.  Mostly smoked beef jerky (love that stuff), and a little salmon.  I replaced it with a Masterbuilt 30, and have turned out two batches of jerky, with a third batch marinading for start tomorrow.  Can't wait to browse this site and learn from the pros!
