Mules from Toronto here. Been researching this site for quite some time and now I've decided to join. Lot's of experience grillin - and some smokin. Had and ECB with many personal mods (to control air/leaks - provide air to coals - I think my sheet metal skills leave something to be desired - if I can find a picture I will post). I must say that this site is the BEST for info. Today I will fire up the Weber Kettle with the Snokenator - some baby backs. I will also post (with qview - once I figure it out)

We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.
