Just wanted to say hello and say I've looked at these forums a few times for some help. I'm from Erie, PA and I'm in my second year of smoking. Still getting the hang of most things, I've ruined a few meals lol, but made some really good ones. Hope to help anyway I can and will appreciate any advice I can get.
