Hello everyone, my name is Mark, I'm 37 years old and I'm new to SMF. I live in Central Texas with my Wife and 5 year old Step-Daughter. I love using my Smokehouse that I built on my own. It might have taken several months to build, but seeing as how my work schedule changes every three months, I am very happy to have it fininshed. The meats that I have smoked have come out tasting delicious. I look forward to reading more threads and getting more ideas and inputs.
