I started out a few years ago looking for a sausage forum and my timing was excellant because Wedlingdomowe was just getting established. Today i was looking for more information of smokers and found this forum. There was a quaestion and I though that i had an answer so i just stuck my nose in and added my two cents worth. I make a little sausage and I smoke a little meat but I do all of the cooking for my family and smoked meat is a part of the menu.
